The recent floods in Hoedspruit have left a trail of devastating damage to our local roads and essential infrastructure. Throughout the crisis, the Hoedspruit Farm Watch (Plaaswag) has been on the front lines, working tirelessly in dangerous conditions to keep our residents safe and protect property.
Now that the waters have finally receded, the hardest work begins: Recovery.
Why We Need Your Help
To restore our town and maintain safety, the Hoedspruit Farm Watch needs urgent funding for critical recovery efforts. Your donations will go directly toward:
Road & Infrastructure Repairs: Temporary pothole repairs and emergency road signage.
Operational Costs: Fuel for generators and the high costs of helicopter support used during the crisis.
Equipment Maintenance: Repairing the radio system and recovery equipment damaged during the floods.
